How to book

To join a class, please make sure to book your spot in advance, as spaces are limited. You can do so on the specific classes below.

You can purchase class credits to make booking easy: these credits can be used for any yoga class, so you’re free to join whichever session suits you best.

Please remember: bookings are essential for every class, and cancellations within 24 hours will still be charged.

Below is the schedule for each week’s yoga classes. We kindly ask that you book your sessions in advance.

If you have class credits, they’ll be automatically used when you book, and you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

If you don’t have credits yet, you can add them online using the link above.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is a traditional branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation practices. It emphasizes alignment, strength, flexibility, and balances the body and mind to prepare for meditation.
For all levels.

Tuesdays, 9am-10am

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for minutes to gently stress fascia and joints. It supports flexibility, stimulates energy flow through meridians, calms the mind, and balances active lifestyles with stillness.

For all levels.

Tuesdays, 6.30 - 7.30pm

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga style linking breath with movement in smooth, flowing sequences. It builds strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a moving meditation that energizes the body and calms the mind. Each class feels creative and balanced.

Some experience required.

Thursdays, 9am - 10pm

Gentle Hatha

Gentle Hatha Yoga combines simple postures, mindful breathing, and relaxation to improve flexibility, balance, and calmness. With a slow pace and focus on alignment, it nurtures body and mind, making it accessible for beginners, seniors, or anyone seeking a restorative practice.
For all levels.

Thursdays, 6-7 pm

Pregnancy Yoga

Pregnancy yoga offers gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation to support mothers-to-be. It eases discomfort, builds strength, and promotes flexibility, while preparing body and mind for birth. Safe and nurturing, it fosters connection with the baby and a sense of calm.
For all levels.

Saturdays, 9.30 - 10.30am

Women's Health Yoga

Women’s Health Yoga supports physical, emotional, and hormonal balance through gentle postures, breathwork, and relaxation. It nurtures strength, flexibility, and inner calm while addressing women’s unique needs, promoting overall well-being and resilience. Jenny & Heidi teach alternate weeks

Are your classes suitable for beginners?

Yes. All classes can be adapted for beginners, and our small group sizes (maximum 8 students) ensure personalised attention.

How do I book a yoga class?

Choose your class above and select your date.

Payment is done using Credits. You can buy Credits online or on-site.

Private yoga sessions can be booked online via Treatments.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

We provide high-quality yoga mats, bolsters, bricks and other props. Feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.

What should I wear to yoga?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move easily in. Layers are useful for relaxation.

What is your cancellation policy for yoga?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all classes and private sessions.

Can I come if I have an injury or medical condition?

Yes, in most cases — but please let us know in advance. Treatments and yoga can be adapted, and some conditions may require GP consent.

Do you offer workshops and retreats?

Yes. We run unique workshops, retreats and Nervous System ReSets, blending yoga, aromatherapy, somatic tools and restorative practices. These can be booked through my Free Community on the website.
